White Light Weight Insulating Mullite Firebrick
White Light Weight Insulating Mullite Firebrick are made from high-purity refractory clays ;temperature of use ranging from 1100℃ to 1700℃ and each grade is formulated to meet specific thermal and physical requirements . For higher temperature products , their addition of alumina are graduated .Each grade is added by classified organic filler . This organic filler burns out during manufacture process to give a uniform and controlled pore structure .
White Light Weight Insulating Mullite Firebrick for special ceramic sintering furnace lining ccording to the different use of temperature production of multiple grades of mullite lightweight insulation brick is divided into WAM23 / WAM26 / WAM28, the use of temperature range from 1100C-1650C, the ratio of each product is specially designed to meet the different thermal and Physical requirements.

Performances:
1. Low heat conductivity, with good thermal insulation effect
2. Low hot melting, due to low heat conductivity, it accumulates little heat to get obvious energy-saving in intermittent operation.
3. Low impurity content and low content of iron oxide & alkali metal oxide realize high refractoriness. High Al2O3 content makes it keep good performance under reducing atmosphere.
4. High thermal compressive strength
5. Accurate size increases construction speed, decreases fire clay usage, ensures strength and stability of masonry, prolongs the life span of lining.
6. It can be processed into special shapes to reduce brickwork amount and paving seam.
