Definition:
High Refractoriness Under Load Insulating Brick also called siliceous insulation brick. Lightweight refractory material with silicon dioxide above 91% and bulk density below 1.2g/cm3. The refractoriness and softening temperature under load are not much different from ordinary silica bricks with the same composition. However, due to the many pores, the compressive strength, slag resistance, and corrosion resistance are not as good as ordinary silica bricks, but the thermal shock resistance has been improved.
Advantage:
(1) Low body density: Because the bulk density is low, the weight of the building can be reduced and the total cost of the building can be greatly reduced.
(2) Low Thermal Conductivity: Due to the large number of pores of the product, these pores form an air layer in the material and the thermal conductivity is reduced, which greatly improves the insulation effect.
(3) Low shrinkage: Good low shrinkage material can ensure that the wall does not crack.
